Results are available for the races shown below.
You will need a PDF viewer to see the results, which are are a combination of the Fun Run, Junior and Senior races.
If you don't have a PDF viewer, you can get one from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
Mick Hall is selling photos of some of the races at Mick Hall Photos.
We have corrected a few results after feedback from runners. If we (I) have missed your correction, I would be grateful for a reminder!

Some of you may be coming back to this page over and over again to see if we've updated the results (yet). You could use RSS - see the "Website" link for further information about using RSS. Basically it is a tool which will inform you (rather like receiving an email) when a part of a website that you are interested in changes. If you want to do this, you will need to select "Summer Series" in the "Hot Links" menu on the left and use the RSS icon that will appear at the bottom of the menu column on the left of the screen. If you are interested and need help, get in touch with the webmaster - I will try to help.

Notice: After the Roaches race it became clear that we had many more 'finishers' than 'starters'. We believe that that this is because some people who ran did not re-register before the race. There are a couple of reasons why we ask people to register before each race. We need to know the precise number of people who start the race so that we know whether every one has returned safely or not. We also need to make sure that all fees due are paid. Although we use a 'sweeper' on some of the more challenging races, this system is not perfect, and we need the co-operation of everyone to avoid unnecessarily calling out emergency services. Before each race we use a 'tick-sheet' to record all starters. If you are not recorded on the 'tick-sheet' your result will not be counted at the discretion of the race organisers.
Corrections: Please ensure that all corrections have been submitted and applied by the penultimate race of the series, as it will be impossible to apply corrections to other races on the night of the last race, due to the work load calculating the final results.
T Shirts and Sweatshirts: These will be handed out to qualifying entrants at the last race (Rudyard). We will use the 'tick-sheets' to define whether entrants qualify or not. Please ensure that you are correctly recorded in the published results on this page, which are used to 'feed' the 'tick-sheets'. If you are missing from the results, please notify the webmaster by email, or at the next race. We cannot make any corrections on the day of the final race, due to time constraints. Once we reach 7 races, we will start to publish rankings, and it will be easier to see whether you are missing from any results.
Ranking Results: Ranking results are now available. You will only appear in the list if you have completed at least 7 races. If you are missing then it means that we do not have a result for a race that you completed. If this is the case then you should get in touch with the webmaster as a matter of urgency.
Final Race: The final rankings list is now complete. |
